Staffordshire Open Studios was established by local, professional and semiprofessional artists in 2002, as a FREE event to showcase the wealth of creative talent within Staffordshire. Open to selected artists who live or work within Staffordshire we have over 100 members, past and present, many of whom will be opening their normally private studios to you, the public, for two weekends in September – 20/21st and 27/28th. Visit our studios and chat to us about our work in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We will have work on sale to suit every budget, but you are under no obligation to buy. This guide provides information on all our participating artists and also offers a comprehensive county-wide artists directory with an events calendar of arts and crafts into 2009. Remember, many of our participating artists welcome enquiries throughout the year, so hang onto this guide so that you can arrange a date and time in the future to suit you.
